1 Day Tikal Tour From Antigua
Do you want to take a Tikal tour from Antigua in just one day! We’ll pick you up from your hotel/lodging early in the morning to take you to the Guatemala City airport to catch a short 1-hour flight to Flores. Once at the Flores Airport, your driver will be waiting for you to escort you on the 45-minute journey to the National Park of Tikal where your local guide, Oliverio, will be waiting for you. Inside the park, you’ll be able to appreciate all different kinds of wildlife such as spider monkeys, howler monkeys, orange-breasted falcons, woodpeckers, parrots, and many other unique species. In addition to the impressive flora and fauna, you’ll visit various temples, as well as the Central Acropolis, The Window Palace, and the Lost World.
For our adrenaline seekers, upon exploring the park, there will be an opportunity to zipline through the jungle which costs approximately $50 extra. After finishing your tour in Tikal National Park, you’ll head back to the small village of El Remate for lunch (not included) before returning to the airport to catch a flight to Guatemala City where our private shuttle will be waiting for you to take you back to La Antigua. There is no better 1 day Tikal tour from Antigua than this.
